Over two days, Heather was able to work through an issue that I had with another state, build me out a policy that satisfied not only the states requirements but also served my needs wonderfully. Then she sent over the documents out of state, TWICE, to ensure that what I needed was taken care of. There were a few hiccups that come up and she was able to handle them with a charming spirit and fantastic personality.
